this company is absolutely terrible. the dryer at my complex has been out for over a week and they won't let me report the issue or find out the status of how long it will be. i work in a restaurant that obviously is a messy job. i have no way to wash my clothes at home. i pay far too much money for my apartment and for laundry to have piles and piles of dirty laundry. my complex also has not gotten a single update in the last week of when they will be coming. only writing this review in hopes the company will see this and m... read more

Horrible machine service. They have these in my apartment complex always breaking it’s been over 2 weeks and still not fixed. Spend $10 to dry my towels thinking I overloaded machine but turns it machine was broken. I had to hand my towels so they wouldn’t smell. I washed my duvet cover which I have washed multiple times in the same machines tore it apart $135 to the trash. They are good at collecting the money but horrible up keeping them. Their maintenance department needs some serious retraining

These machines are carried in my apartment complex. They are always breaking. The card readers literally just pop out of the machines. sometimes you put money in and nothing happens. Dryers are of poor quality, the list goes on. Both types of machines always have problems. Yet they have the audacity to raise the prices on the washers. 🤦🏼‍♀️
