I love Wash Monkey. It's pricey but I love having no lines when I go to wash my truck.
Just moved back to the area, in desperate need of a car wash. As luck would have it, the machine I pulled up to wasn't reading my card. I was alone, confused, and scared. Then the clouds parted and a someone came to my rescue. The employee gave me a gracious free car wash as my hand was nearly frozen solid from the bitter wind. I feel bad that I had to call her out from her undoubtedly cozy booth. She was friendly and unfazed by my seemingly vicious pup. Was having some troubles with the kiosk accepting payment and staff came quickly to help (without us even having pressed help) and tried to troubleshoot and ended up giving us a free wash! All employees were very friendly and the wash was great.
First time here - charged me an extra $3 for tire shine and I got no tire shine??? When I complained I was offered a car wash coupon - unfortunately I don't live near this car wash and driving 3 hours round trip in order to get my $3 doesn't sound like a great value for me.
I just want to say the employees there are wonderful. While inside the car wash I was rear-ended. By the time I was finished going through the wash, there was an employee waiting to talk with me.
