Very poor customer service. Manager don't even speak English. I took my car back so they can fix their poor car wash and they wanted me to pay additional $25 more after I only paid $15. This is a rediculous car wash that deserves -5 stars.
Should have trusted my gut. Read the reviews but decided to go anyway. Bad decision. Wrecked my new car. Onsite staff denied it. Went back next morning. Owner reviewed tape. Sure enough. Someone put the car in reverse instead of neutral which sent it backwards into the wall... bumper damage... deployed head restraints... electronics messed up. Good news... their insurance will cover. Needless to say... won't be back. Hassle for sure☹
Been going to this car wash for many years they're always good. They do a great job pricier than do it yourself but worth it at my age.
