Last month the carwash broke while I was inside the wash. I was trapped inside for about 10 minutes. The manager told me to bring back my receipt since the wash broke. When I returned, a new manager refused to honor the wash - telling me bring a receipt was “against company policy”. The manager acted like I was trying to steal a wash. I was driving a luxury car with my kid in the back. He really offended me and you have permanently lost my business. I encourage you to avoid this business.
West End location: DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH. There have been a few times my side mirror has been flipped backwards after getting the $12 or $16 wash. Someone I know had their side mirror completely taken off by the car wash. I get my car washed here once every three weeks and I knew the car wash would eventually damage something on my car. Horrible customer service. They just asked me to leave because I went to vacuum my car like the sign says up front. Keep in mind this sign is completely moveable. However, apparently I’m suppose to know that they changed the process and I have to pay for a wash first. Before they even explained that. They told me to leave. I will be sharing with everyone I know how awful my experience was.
