I came approximately between 930 & 1020am approximately in a yellow camaro I would rate 0 stars for the African American guy that’s been working there 12 years yelled at me when I was grabbing towels to wipe my car after they do a half clean wash. Then the manager claimed I was yelling after provoking me when I requested them to look at the cameras to see where the altercation began then had the audacity to kick me off the property telling me not come back to HIS property lol after I been coming for years. This place drives me crazy. They don't keep regular hours and only about half the vacuums worked. Their response? Remove all the vacuums.
The mat cleaners were not functioning and vacuums had little to no suction. Unfortunately, my car still came out dirty, despite buying one of the top packages for the car wash. I had to scrub on my car for another half hour after the car wash.
There is a reason that the car wash next door has a line and this spot is empty. The wash was a joke. The dryers barely got water off my car. The vacuums on one side were turned off (no sign), and the ones that did work had little suction. I tried three with the same result. It was something that was supposed to be a little treat for myself, but now I'm $16 down, still have a dirty-ish car, and am frustrated.
