I’ve been trying to cancel my membership that my husband accidentally signed up for and cannot get anyone to reply to the email that was provided to us.
Today around 12:40 PM, I waited in line for about 10–15 minutes to go through the Wash Masters car wash only to reach the front and find out they do not accept tap-to-pay. In 2026, it’s honestly surprising that a car wash does not offer tap payment. I do not carry a physical card and haven’t for the last 3–4 years, which is very common now.
