Wash Masters was such a great experience! Even though this location has fewer vacuums, they had an associate out there helping customers, which made everything so much easier. I had a voucher for a free wash, and they were incredibly helpful getting it taken care of. I also really appreciated that they weren’t overly pushy about getting a membership—they explained the options without making me feel pressured. Gave this place a try because it was on my way home from work. They had a special offer going on for $10 a month, I chose the most expensive one. Went through the wash, but it was dirty. Didn't get the bird poop on my passenger window completely, and the dirty mark from the wipers on my front windshield is still there. I went the next day again and went through it, same thing, front windshield is still dirty. So I went through it again right after, still dirty. I probably won't be renewing the membership.
