The refund turnaround time and the repair of the machine was fast. Unfortunately when you call and talk to a representative there is a communication barrier to where you aren't being understood and or having to repeat yourself so you're clearly being understood. I was refunded the $2.50 for the machine not working properly, and that covered me having to wash that load again in another machine but I also asked for an additional $3.00 for the loss of my laundry detergent, unstoppables, bleach and fabric softener which I was no... read more
