Horrible customer service, my husband tried to take our truck there (paid for the highest monthly membership) and was turned away bc i went him the ss of our code...our membership is attached to the make/model/license plate number-had they bothered to look that up they would’ve seen we had a membership but apparently that’s to much work for them. I only got a membership bc Flying Aces was closer-but it’s reopened now and they do a WAY better job washing vehicles. Wish I never even attempted trying this place

Needed a mini clean with my wash but apparently 30 minutes wasn’t enough time so they rudely said no.
Thank you for the extra wash today. I appreciate the extra care and the way you showed your employees what needed done. They are obviously hard working employees that missed a few spots and I wouldn’t have noticed till I was home but you gave it the once over and asked if I had the time to go back thru so you could show them what they missed. Great customer service!
Rude and argumentative people except for the girl drying cars. Don’t pay for a mini clean because they don’t have enough staff to do it. Warned me that if a car came behind me, she would have to stop and dry that car but she didn’t tell me there was an SUV ahead of me getting detailed. She argued that she told me. The associates are always so friendly and do an amazing job cleaning my car. I drive roughly 1,000 miles a week. So I get alot of tar, dirt, and bugs on my car. My car is white as well. The fact that they can keep my car clean is saying alot. This is my favorite car wash. 💖
