On the surface , this wash seems to check all the boxes in terms of having all the goods one would want…. But the lack of functionality is such a let down…. When you arrive, you see “in bay air dryer” and “in bay vacuum” but the dryer lacks a backbone and the vac can hardly pull the dust up on the dash, almost as if it’s clogged all the time, or isn’t cleaned enough… the water pressure is phenomenal, but it takes a solid 30 seconds of waiting for the proper product to actually start dispensing. Always been good with this place but I will say to be careful using your CC or DC ....it will charge you $15 for one 4-5min. session. Trying to reach out to anyone on this has consisted of out of service phone numbers and busy lines. VERY NOT OK AND NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED. Unfortunately for this business, when there is an issue and any sort of references to contact the business is nothing but dead ends, I cannot give a good rating because of lack of service and /or consistent accurate maintenance of this car wash.

The self serve car wash was good! You can pay with a credit card which is nice. The coin machine was down. Would give a 5 star but the dryer is a joke! It would take forever to dry your car with the low pressure. So we left in a wet, but clean car

Can’t say I can recommend the self service wash bay here. The dial gets stuck in certain parts and won’t change over to Rinse or Spot Free Rinse. I had to fiddle with it, lose money, then stop and restart the entire thing just to wash the soap off my car…
