If there were ANY other drive through car wash in my area, I wouldn't use these guys. They halfway swipe the back windshield. They didn't even spray the outside this time, like they have in the past. I got the full deal too, everything! And, yea, from a DISTANCE your car LOOKS clean, but it's not, at all. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this car wash. My son’s vehicle was damaged going through, and the bumper was completely ripped off. When I brought this to the owners’ attention, it took over a week to get a response. When they did respond, they provided what looks to be edited photos and claimed the damage was pre-existing, including pointing to smudges left from my own hands while trying to reattach the bumper — which is just not credible.
