My wife went to Wash Fox, and their brushes scratched our car. The manager on duty gave us a form and promised they would fix the damage. That was weeks ago, and they have not reached out once. Despite our repeated attempts to contact them, they have been unresponsive. This business has no regard for its customers once they have your money.
Gets my car clean!
The over all experience was pleasant, I actually spoke to both the owner and his executive that was with him at the Thornton location, I was asked by the executive if I had a monthly pass and if not why. I explained I have two cars and I need to do both. The owner stepped in and said he’s not willing to allow that for the customer as he is not willing to lose any money what so ever!! I visited this car wash to wash my car. It scratched my paint really bad. I made a complaint. The manager on staff said that he would get in contact with me in a couple days. It’s been one month later and there’s nobody that we can Hold accountable for the damage to our 2025 grand Jeep Cherokee. I highly recommend not to use this facility because of the damage that their equipment does to the vehicles. It’s really disappointing that nobody is willing to reach back out and take care of me. I’ve been coming to WashFox Car Wash for a long time, and my wash is always great. The service is consistent, and the place is well-run. I had to take a moment to shout out the manager, Candice! she is one of the most pleasant people I’ve ever dealt with here. I needed help with several things and honestly felt like I might’ve been a bother, but she handled everything with patience and a smile the entire time.
