If you clean your car once a week this is worth the membership! After a thorough wash, pull to the free self cleaning stations to detail the inside! Edit: Been going here a couple of years but lately their rear roller has been dislodging my rear window wiper! It's a problem because now they have to stop that roller and the rear of my car is not getting cleaned.

I have a membership bc unfortunately is the only wash around my neighborhood. Today, the stench from using dirty water to wash the car penetrated my vehicle and they tried to say to just use their auto scents to let the smell blend in. The way they have multiple people working one station and still have them pass a brush through the back window on just one side it’s amazing no management see this being wrong in many ways.

My wife went to Wash Fox, and their brushes scratched our car. The manager on duty gave us a form and promised they would fix the damage. That was weeks ago, and they have not reached out once. Despite our repeated attempts to contact them, they have been unresponsive. This business has no regard for its customers once they have your money.

The over all experience was pleasant, I actually spoke to both the owner and his executive that was with him at the Thornton location, I was asked by the executive if I had a monthly pass and if not why. I explained I have two cars and I need to do both. The owner stepped in and said he’s not willing to allow that for the customer as he is not willing to lose any money what so ever!!
