Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Went there for a wash, the whole entire staff were unorganized and had to wait around 20-30 minutes just to be served. Not only that, but the owner (Amy Honney) was openly rude to me over the phone and seemed like she didn’t care about how her place was being ran at all. If you ever see the owner try to justify it, ignore it. She didn’t respond well to constructive criticism, hence why she had to try and step up to protect her name. Hunter Jacobs was very informative and pleasant. Enjoyed my experience and the service I received. Will definitely use them again. This young salesman has a ton of potential, maybe even as a trainer of new employees who need some confidence and presentation skills. Keep up the great attitude Hunter.
Great results, however, could you please get the auto license plate reader to work properly? Your people are having to manually input the plate tags when we have a membership. Wasting time.... You'll hopefully figure this out before summer!
I got my car washed here and Will had excellent customer service. He was super friendly and professional. He helped me choose the best option to get my car in the best looking condition. Highly recommend coming here.
