They recently changed their hours back to closing at 8 pm. As a part-time Uber driver, this works out great and is exactly what I signed up for when I got my membership with them. Their service isn't the best; I had an incident several months back where their team deliberately shut off the air pumps as I was finishing up because they had just hit closing time, and then the team and management both were entirely unapologetic about it. Terrible car wash, very expensive monthly membership and poor customer service and zero management. I would Never go there anymore at all.
I spoke with the manager Candace there and she is wonderful. In all my years of coming here I have never dealt with a more pleasant and beautiful spirited person. She was extremely helpful. I recommend visiting just to see how outstanding her and her glasses are she came out to ask me how my wash had been. And just engaged in conversation. I’ve never spoke with any of the people that worked here. It’s refreshing to see people that like their job. Well done
This is a no stars rating but not possible! Went through the wash yesterday and their spinning brushes that clean the cars were not working at all so my car didn't get cleaned. Had things to go do and the place was busy so left to go run my errends. Came back today with my receipt and the"manager" wouldn't let me get my 10 dollar car wash I paid for! Not happy with this decision he made.
