Cannot cancel!!! They do not answer the phones, do not respond to emails, do not respond to the contact page on the website. Highly recommend never signing up for a package, you will never be able to get out of it.
The guys with the long beard at the pay machines is 10x nicer and more welcoming than all the moody teenagers that are normally there.
EDITED:7/25/25 Overall good car wash and value. Friendly staff, good service, free vacuums etc. Does a pretty good job for an automatic car wash. Has the drawbacks of any automatic wash (i.e. it doesn’t get everywhere clean). My front bumper often has bugs caked on and it doesn't get those off very well. The very bottom of my rear bumper also doesn't get 100% coverage. Also the dryers are only okay. However they do offer air hoses, towels, and cleaning solution for free, so I just spray and wipe down my car every time to get... read more
