I don't know that I'd ever had a bad car wash experience before yesterday, and this was my first interaction with this business. Customer service was terrible!!! I pulled up, and immediately the cashier is picking at my side window (before even saying hello). "I'm not sure if this is going to come off." It was residue from a tree I parked under at my building. It always comes off at car washes, and to be fair, it came off yesterday.
