I am filing a formal complaint regarding a serious security and privacy failure involving my account. Without my authorization, my vehicle information was changed to a California license plate shortly before I arrived for a wash. I received no verification code, security alert, or notification. Because of this unauthorized change, I was initially denied service on my own membership. This is unacceptable. I canceled my membership because I no longer trust your system to protect my personal information.
Buen servicio, los chicos muy amables!
Noah went above and beyond servicing my GR86!!! Keep up the great work sir…
