I’m really disappointed with my experience at this car wash. I have a membership here and expected at least basic consistency, but that wasn’t the case today. I waited about five minutes in line, which was fine, but when it was finally my turn, they sprayed my car with bug remover and then everything suddenly stopped working. While every car behind and in front of me still received a full-service wash, I was left sitting there with no explanation and no completed wash.
