I had a terrible experience at this car wash. The customer service is honestly some of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping, and when I tried to address an issue, I was met with attitude instead of any effort to fix the problem. What stood out the most was management. The assistant manager was incredibly dismissive, shrugging her shoulders- eye rolling- annoyed like my concerns didn’t matter at all.
