I’ve been coming here for many years and they always break something in my car, and today i had enough they did not clean anything on the inside everything was dusty and the chairs were not cleaned at all and many dirty spots on the outside that they did not clean. I paid for a better service and tipped 20% and not only they didn’t clean this time they broke the shark fin/antenna cover. This has to be the worse car wash ever! Very disappointed. I paid for the $37 “The Works” package expecting everything that was advertised to be included. They didn’t clean the undercarriage on my SUV, and I wasn’t the only on I watched multiple SUVs leave without their undercarriages being cleaned as well. If the undercarriage wash isn’t included or isn’t being performed, then advertising it as part of the package is false advertising. Customers are paying for a premium service and should receive everything that’s promised. I won’t be returning unless this issue ... read more
They gave great service and referred me to local body shop that was also excellent, 4 star auto body shop.
