I had an unexpected experience today at the Wash Co. I’ve been coming here for about two years and have never had an issue until now. A newly hired employee confronted me aggressively and tried to start a fight simply because I turned on the mat-cleaning machine’s water switch — which is clearly there for customers to use if they choose. I don’t recommend. I’ve been twice now. The first time I went, my car still had soap that wasn’t completely rinsed off on the entire back of my car. I thought it was a fluke so a few weeks later I brought my car again because I had a bunch of bird poop spots on the car. Once again, a ton of soap left over on the back of my car due to it not being rinse off properly and I still had spots of bird poop on my car after the wash. Disappointed for the price of the wash. I will not be returning.
Got the basic car wash. Its $23 a month. If you do it once a week, well worth your $. Free use of vaccum and floor mat cleaner!
Car was cleaned good, however, the vertically challenged guy that was wearing a black hoodie and his hood was on was very unprofessional. I saw him scream at the car in front "OMG" in frustration. When it was my turn to align with the track he seem very annoyed and rolling his eyes. That is not the way to treat customers. He needs to get his anger issue in check!!
