How can the membership renew it self without asking, came for a regular wash and charged me $23+, asked for help and the crew didn’t want to help instead rushed me to wash. After they just cancel the membership but still charged $23+ … so mad about it… simple car wash turned into bad experience here :(
Update: I wanted to post an update because it’s gotten so much worse. On a busy afternoon at around 3 o’clock it was absolutely packed to the point where the wash was about to back up because there was a queue for vacuums. While waiting for a vacuum, I had two very aggressive men on either end of my queue start losing their minds.
