Paid for the entire package. Went through but it only did a basic wash. They tried to make it right and give a coupon for another full wash. However it did basic again. Just spend the least amount of money and it's okay
Nice pricing convenient been using for several months . I wasn’t sure if my car was getting scratched but now I’m convinced it is. Will have to stop using the car wash. At the rate my bumper is getting scratched and scuffed I’ll need a paint job. My car is less than a year old and it’s accumulating way too many scratches , although small they’re adding up. My problem is figuring out how to discontinue the charge before my credit card is billed again.
Good... when they're open....but they lie - they are NOT open until 8!!! They start shutting down around 7:30! Arrived at 7:45 and they were dead closed! I hate that!!! If you say you're open until 8, be open until 8!!! I'm a monthly member - I expect to be able to use my membership!
This car wash has the worst in white plains. I paid for the works . My car is left with stains on top of my car and my windshield I will with marks . I will never go here again !!!!
Good for a quick wash, but its automated so don't expect a great wash.
