I convinced myself to get a drive-thru car wash, the $19 wash, thinking that I was getting a premium service. My car looked like it was barely cleaned afterward. I could've gotten the most basic option and it would've looked the same. Don't have tiered packages if they all give the same result. I'm only going back to get my $5 wash within 30 days and then I'm done with them for that. I'll still go to them for emissions though.
I went to this location for emissions. Customer service was great. They were very friendly and greeted me as soon as I pulled in. There was no wait. The process was fast and easy. Not only did I get the emissions I also left with a free cash wash, free vacuum and wash station, and a free air freshener that smelled great. They exceeded my expectations. Who doesn’t love free?
