Soap residue everytime. Broken bays reported but remain out of service. Today , no lights in the bay
While in the middle bay automatic car wash it stopped after putting soap on and told me to pull forward. While still covered in soap.... waste of $10
Wash wasn't to bad but every time I've gone through a joes wash it leaves soap all over gotta pull around and rinse it in the hand wash bay
I got locked in there automatic carwash today. Thats right locked in. The doors came down. The wash didnt turn on and I was locked in for 15 to 20 mins. After all was said and done I was given a code for another wash. Which was basically a refund for my wash I never got. Poor costumer service and I didn't even get an apology. Never again
