Nice facility and very clean. Probably the best in the area. However the staff needs training on how to treat customers. They tend to be a bit younger and don’t understand customers are paying for a service. I have had numerous interactions pulling into the wash bay where staff has basically yelled at me or my wife because they didn’t like how we pulled in and or we left the auto break on in the car which can happen easily with these new cars. Wash ashore car wash is the best car wash! I had a very minor issue, and reached out to them. The manager, Brian, was one of the nicest people I have ever met. The issue was taken care of (very quickly I should mention) and Brian went above and beyond. The monthly subscription is a great price. I have been a customer here for a long time and it’s safe to say I will be a returning customer for years to come!
Had my car washed this morning. Maybe the water is recycled because my car looks worse than before. Disappointed because this use to be my favorite car wash place in Plymouth.
