The guy I spoke with on the phone about my wife’s car getting was fine at first but took him forever to try to get an estimate. The estimate I got was fine, but when I was told about that outrageous $150 added scheduling fee forget it I have never heard of a thing then when I was asking if he heard anything about the estimate he never got back like he said and got all defensive about it. You can take your $150 scheduling fee and cram it!!!!
Amazing staff! Just plain good people. Was in SC for vac picking up sister from the airport when a driver sped past in the loading zone and ripped the door around on my new Ram. Officer on scene recommend Premier. Had the wrecker take it there. I had no rental insurance and logistically it did not make good sense to return to Florida with out my truck. David is fantastic. Personable, good communication and delivery around timelines. Also transparency around expectations and what's possible with the job at hand. He did great work with touch up paint and buffing out scratches on my BMW. I would highly recommend him.
