I wish I had seen the post about the car wash being under new management before I took my car there last month. Prior to the change of ownership, every clean and visit had been 10/10. This last time though, not so much. From the first moment something felt different - definite upselling, different from previously being told a basic clean is enough for my brand new car. I took my Ute, the boyz has done a excellent job, super clean and vacum. Very good customer service skills highly recoomend in Southwest Sydney best Car wash.
Hi Wash and Co, You charged me for the Platinum Service, but only a wash and dry were done. There was no polish as promised, the vacuuming was only partial, and there are water marks all over the body. I also noticed the same cloth was used for both the exterior and interior. Please complete the job as per your advertised service. I’m very disappointed with the quality and won’t be returning if this isn’t resolved. Regards, Shinu.
