Great job done on my car. It’s so lovely and clean, they were very helpful and honest.
I’ve been coming here for a while and have always had great experiences which makes this one really disappointing. I asked for a quick vacuum and wipe over of the inside of my car, something I regularly get done before picking up clients. I’ve had this exact service here many times before and it’s usually around $30. When I went to pay today, the staff member didn’t tell me the total and simply entered $50 into the EFTPOS machine. I wish I had seen the post about the car wash being under new management before I took my car there last month. Prior to the change of ownership, every clean and visit had been 10/10. This last time though, not so much. From the first moment something felt different - definite upselling, different from previously being told a basic clean is enough for my brand new car.
