The only car wash I go to. My car looks so shiny and clean after going through it. They have great prices on their packages too.

I paid $23 for car and vacuum and after got to wash my car the person ran away and told me that I need to close this car wash because I had to do something and he just run away and I haven't got my vacuum so what should I do I paid like 23 dollars, I'm waiting outside for more than 30 minutes.

This wash used to be great, but for the last six to eight months it’s gone downhill. For the past three months, I haven’t gotten the three-coloured soap at all, even though the car in front of me always does. I pay for the best membership, yet I’m not getting the service I’m paying for. When I mentioned it to the attendant, he just told me to take it up with management. The quality of the car wash is as good as if I left the car outside in the rain. I chose the premium option for 19 dollars, the result is 1 out of 10. The difference between how it was and how it became, the car is just wet.

I tend not to use Wash 66 since the last time I complained that there was a lot of soap residue I felt attacked by the attendant as the owner had called to see where the soap was. They ran me through again but claimed it was due to the curves in the body of the vehicle I have. Fast forward to today, I went though and my car wasn’t caked in bugs or anything, but there was some bird poop and the typical bug issue as we would all experience them stuck in the grill of our vehicle.
