Since Dr Weir has left this office has gone down hill! No one answers the phone there’s a new PA at every appointment and it’s like pulling teeth to have a prescription filled. I am thinking about changing providers.
Very poor phone answering service. Tried calling and was put on hold for 28 minutes. Called back and they wanted to put me on hold again. When I went in for my appointment I saw how they put calls on hold and walk away from their desk. Dr Iberham is an awesome doctor. Hate to se him leave.
Office staff is horrible and don't answer the phones. The doctor doesn't call back and I can't get my prescriptions.
I have been calling many times but no one answers.
