Frequently charged for several items above quote price. Dog misdiagnosed and suffered for months before getting the proper treatment recommended by another source. I'm not sure he is as knowledgable about the breed I own as I need him to be. Looking elsewhere.
Every staff member that has worked with us has been great not only for our 16 year old dog but to us as well! They have been very sensitive to our concerns regarding our geriatric dog and have offered advice and suggestions that have indicated they have a genuine compassion for their "patients." We have been very blessed to have them for our dog's vet!
