We have had the worst customer service from this company. For starters they installed an almost $8,000 unit in December 2015. The week the unit was installed the compressor went out and they had to replace it. Then the heat wouldn't work because of a relay switch. They claimed to have fixed that, but for 8 years I've had to run my heat on emergency heat. Within the first year the unit was losing freon so they came out and redone the copper line, but that did not fix the problem because 2 years later I had to get them to come... read more
Terrible service.
Called and they showed up in 30 min. Fixed the problem and were on their way. Very courteos.
