Just want to let you know that one day last winter, our car broke down out in the far western suburbs (Dekalb area) and we called Frank. He was so caring and eager to help us, we could not believe it. He left his shop and drove over an hour with the bad weather to help us. We did not have any money, and I explained that to Frank, so he said let me come over and take a look and see if he could do anything without having to call a tow truck.
