Exceptional customer service, courteous, professional & friendly – What a great shop! Cool collection of cars in lobby! My kids went crazy! Frank was so generous and let them pick one out! What a great guy! The employees were extremely polite and professional! I've been there a few times now over the year, and I'm extremely satisifed with their services and prices. Frank went out of his way to help us when we were stranded.... – Just want to let you know what a special person Frank at Wasco Auto Care is. Our car broke down far from home in bad weather and he went out of his way to help us! Wow! We did not have any money, but he was still willing to help us. He tried to fix the car without having it towed to his shop, but was unable to. He towed the car to his shop and drove us home. Wasco Auto Care should be avoided at all costs!!!! – I had my oil changed here. As I left my house that same day my oil filter fell off, lost all my oil and then my engine smoked and shutdown. I later found the oil filter in my driveway. They put the WRONG filter on. I suspect he did not have the correct filter in stock and gambled with this one because when I told him about it this guy became very defensive, claimed that it was impossible that the filter fell off, has hung up on me, not returned my calls and has taken absol... read more
Exceptional Customer Service – Frank at Wasco Auto Care and employees go above and beyond to take care of customers. They provide exceptional service and are extremely polite.
