Exceptional customer service, courteous, professional & friendly – What a great shop! Cool collection of cars in lobby! My kids went crazy! Frank was so generous and let them pick one out! Frank went out of his way to help us when we were stranded.... – Just want to let you know what a special person Frank at Wasco Auto Care is. Our car broke down far from home in bad weather and he went out of his way to help us! Wow! We did not have any money, but he was still willing to help us. Just want to let you know that one day last winter, our car broke down out in the far western suburbs (Dekalb area) and we called Frank. He was so caring and eager to help us, we could not believe it. He left his shop and drove over an hour with the bad weather to help us. We did not have any money, and I explained that to Frank, so he said let me come over and take a look and see if he could do anything without having to call a tow truck. Wasco Auto Care should be avoided at all costs!!!! – I had my oil changed here. As I left my house that same day my oil filter fell off, lost all my oil and then my engine smoked and shutdown. I later found the oil filter in my driveway. They put the WRONG filter on.
