Used Wascana Floors to rent equipment and purchase product to refinish the hardwood floors in three bedrooms. From beginning to end, the process was cumbersome and frustrating. Equipment wasn’t ready for pickup, had to return to their shop FOUR times to pick up equipment they forgot, material they forgot or to replace equipment that was broken. Wascana Wood flooring was recommended by my renovator ( registered with the BBB) to do a minor wood floor repair. However, Wascana never replied to any of my attempts to contact them.

The business side is very well run, and the work done is world class. Greg was able to fix all the damage done by the previous homeowner, and my floors are essentially perfect now. My expectations were exceeded, and I highly recommend Wascana Wood Floors and More if you want the best results.
