Christmas is such a busy time. Amongst the chaos, it’s so wonderful to experience kindness. I stopped in Christmas Eve, for the last touch; a center piece for our table for tomorrow’s celebration. Horrible arrangement and did not look like the picture advertised. I decided to give them a try hoping for service improvements from 2020. They have a very rude and incompetent staff who lack knowledge of floristry and the art behind it. Falsely selling what is not advertised to customers with such egregious prices and no proper information on care. They were able to get me helped out and with a personal arrangement on the spot. Very helpful abd great selection of quality flowers. Highly recommend.
