Always friendly and kind in the care we receive for our fur babies. Appointments are never rushed, we are always made to feel like a priority during our appointment.
I’m ok with the office helping and being compassionate but also be honest if an animal Is 18 plus years old I don’t agree in constantly giving hope to a person that this animal can and will live longer. Instead explain that it is getting closer to an animal death and give ways and support for an individual to accept this instead of sucking out every last penny of a persons income til they are in serious debt
