I was pretty impressed with the attention to detail. Not to mention how kind he was. I get nervous having people in my home but I would have Jake back in a heartbeat.
Jake was great at communicating when he would be here, and he was very polite and friendly. He got the job done quickly and efficiently. Our dryer vent is as clean as new.
I replaced my dryer thinking I had an issue with my machine. New machine wasn’t drying either so I knew it was my vent. Couldn’t find anyone that wasn’t three to four weeks out. With five of us at home that wasn’t going to work. Was finally able to get this company out within a week! Total life saver.
Jacob came out and did a fantastic job cleaning our dryer vent. He had the proper knowledge and equipment to get the job done. He even used his camera down the vent tube so I could see how clean the vent was. I highly recommend.
