I purchased a 22' flatbed trailer from Wasatch Trailers in 2021 and loved it. Wasatch Trailers salesman and staff were great to work with on the purchase. The trailer had a lot of positive features and functionality that I enjoyed. Last year I had an issue with the trailer so I contacted Wasatch Trailers (Kolby) about it. They were great to work with me in resolving it. They didn't guilt me about it, were always professional, and showed exemplary customer service. Customer service here was pretty terrible. Nobody seemed to know what was going on. When I finally got help, the person was rude and rushed me off the phone. Definitely not a place I’d recommend. Zero stars if I could.
Customer service was one of the worst that I've experienced. They were extremely rude and tried to rush me off the phone. When I visited in-person, they were quick to anger and stated that they couldn't offer any service. Workers over are not qualified to handle customers.
