Huge supply of quality trailers of all l types and sizes
Ryker spent the necessary time with me in checking out all of the possible trailer brands and options that might work for my situation. I ended up purchasing a Hallmark trailer which has been wonderful. Later I had a problem with the wiring harness that goes into my truck, which was not a problem they caused. I went to the dealership and within about 10 to 15 minutes they had it totally fixed. Excellent service.
Awesome experience! I reached out on line and Ryker got right back to me with a quote. No upselling of warranty or equipment :-). Took me less than 30 min to walk in buy it, signed the docs and hooked it up. Best experience buying a piece of equipment ever!
I purchased a 22' flatbed trailer from Wasatch Trailers in 2021 and loved it. Wasatch Trailers salesman and staff were great to work with on the purchase. The trailer had a lot of positive features and functionality that I enjoyed. Last year I had an issue with the trailer so I contacted Wasatch Trailers (Kolby) about it. Customer service here was pretty terrible. Nobody seemed to know what was going on. When I finally got help, the person was rude and rushed me off the phone. Definitely not a place I’d recommend. Zero stars if I could.
