Wasatch sports factory is the best! I went to Britt after seeing a few different physical therapists about my chronic knee pain from running. They are very data oriented and helped test my strength and jumping abilities over time. She developed a personal strength routine and a running progression that helped fix my pain and get me back to my favorite activities. Couldn’t reccomend them enough!
I have been doing ACL recovery with Britt (month 10). Britt has far exceeded my expectations in what I would have already rated 5 stars. I was looking for someone who works with athletes and doesn’t just try to get me functional again, but rather to be able to play at the top of my sport again. My daughter trained with Britt and her team throughout Summer and Fall 2025 and is now stronger, faster and more confident than ever. She was dealing with some complex issues given past injuries and Britt knew exactly how to help her balance muscle strength across the core muscle groups, while simultaneously increasing her strength across all muscle groups to the point that she’s one of the strongest players on her team. I have chronic knee issues and have been going to Britt for a while now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. She got my knees back in shape to be able to play in an international basketball tournament that I wouldn’t have been able to play in otherwise. She’s the best!
Could not recommend Wasatch Sports Factory enough. Britt is incredibly knowledgeable and fun! She helped my daughter gain the confidence to return to play after a year long ankle injury. In terms of PT they actually support you through the process rather than giving you a printout to do at home.
