Our reservation was from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. we arrived just before 3:00 and it took about 5-6 minutes to complete our check-in and pay for our rental, get out towels etc. At 3:50 the lady from the counter was already pounding on our door telling us that our time was up. After about 4 more minutes she returned to the door and again began pounding on it letting us know that our time was up.
