This developer is not savvy to customer service. They seem to have an old school mentality of protecting their investors profits vs. providing great customer service and still making a profit. Foremost; they do not conduct snow removal at their properties at a level that is acceptable and safe. Just drive through a property during or after a snowstorm and you'll see the poor level of ethics devoted to creating a safe environment. Come on Wasatch, start budgeting a reasonable amount for snow removal.
