Best pt therapy place in the state. I just had rotary cuff surgery with a full thickness tear, bicep tear,bone spurs, and arthritis. After 15 weeks working with Ernest Chavez at the South Ogden location. I have almost full mobility back. He is simply phenomenal and very nice.
