I went in to get more movement in my shoulders. The care giver was very good at figuring out how to fix the problem. The exercises caused some neck pain and he was quick to show me how to prevent the neck pain. I soon had a much better range of movement in my shoulders. The care and service was excellent.
I had such a positive experience with Robyn Judd, PT as well as the rest of the Wasatch staff. Robyn helped me regain strength after pregnancy caused diastasis recti and pelvic floor dysfunction. I was always amazed at the depth and breadth of her knowledge and experience. She always knew which exercises would increase strength in the right places to achieve healing.
