Color me impressed! I’ve lived in Ogden since April 2022 and had the WORST time finding professional quality health care, until now. I show up for my FIRST appointment early by 10 minutes - or so I think. After sitting for 10 minutes the receptionist approaches me PROPS #1 - SHE came to me and didn’t leave me hanging like every other place I’ve been to since arriving in 2022- and says something along the lines of “hey, u know your appointment is for 2:40, right? During my wife's sixth pregnancy, we experienced above normal Wait times almost every single appointment she had at this location. Her doctor was excellent when and if you could get in. Our average experience wait time was 1 1/2 hours for an appointment. If you have kids at home or nursing a baby, this becomes extremely difficult. They provide no solution for better scheduling. They make you wait in the room for over an hour. We live in 2026 people. There are so many ways to be efficient with your time and scheduling.. but w... read more
I’m not even a patient right this moment. I brought my mother to the OBGYN and am sitting in the waiting room for her. I must have been stationary for too long because a sweet woman by the name of Linda came over with snacks and asked if I would like one or a water, and she asked which doctor I was waiting for so she could tell me my estimated time. Very disappointed in the care they offered my daughter when she came in for her regular visit then again when she found out she was expecting. We will not be returning.
