Wasatch Medical has friendly staff who treats me like a valued customer. I've enjoyed the short wait times and prompt treatments. However, the treatments themselves were ineffective, even after a second round. The initial consultation should have been more in depth. In the end, this felt like just a money grab facilitated by my hope that these treatments could fix the problem. Eventually, changing my diet and lifestyle brought the desired results.
Inexperienced workers doing the treatments, the technology MIGHT work, but not with Wasatch Medical! The place is run more like a frat house than a medical office. I was told different information depending on who I talk to, it changed every week. Also the “free gift” was never given to me until I asked about it the 3rd time, halfway through my treatments. I would give zero if possible
Went through quite a few treatments. The staff was friendly and professional. But unfortunately after 12 treatments there wasn’t any improvement for me. The free gifts for first day improvements advertised were never offered, even though I asked. They gave me a testosterone blood test said it was normal. What do I do now I asked? Sorry the guy said you must be the one of the thirty percent it don’t work on. 2 stars for the friendly professional staff. Zero for results.
Wasatch medical closed their st George office before I could finish my treatment. They claimed they were refunding my money; however, I have not received and its been since January. I have called their office several times without any resolution. I do not recommend using their services.
