Extremely pleased with service, I had overheated my 2003 Monterey boat at Lake Powell and needed to have the motor replaced. I took it initially to Rogers Marine who is the Monterey dealer. I didn't feel comfortable with them the service department seemed lost and not professional at all . Have had my boat (older Sea Ray) serviced and stored here for many years now. They have done everything from basic winterizing and shrink wrap to fuel system diagnosis/ fuel pump replacement to complete interior upholstery replacement and new cover. Always appreciate the honesty, fair prices, and good job they do. I recommend Wasatch Marine if you are looking for a competent boat shop you can trust.
We have had our 2006 Malibu serviced here several times. Great crew, super helpful and transparent. I would highly recommend Wasatch Marine to anybody.
What a disaster! After being referred to them by the service department at a dealership, I was told that it would take 2 weeks to get my older boat fixed. After 3 weeks I called to find out what was going on, only to learn they were just going to start working on it. After 2 more weeks, I had to call to find out what was going on and was told that only some of the services were done, but that the rest would need to wait on parts (because it was an older boat). I brought my 2008 Tige ski boat here after a referral from a friend for some service. Not only did they have it done days before they said it would be done, they rushed and got it done early so I could still make my lake Powell trip. They are easy to work with, great customer service and an all around clean and nice shop. I would recommend this shop to anyone who is worried about shops charging too much because they are super honest and do quality work. If anything else goes wrong I will be bringing my boat back!
