Excellent communication throughout the process and a friendly crew.
Have to update this, because it’s been that bad as of late. Here is a list of things this place has failed to do for my case: Failed to notify me of the reception of a reaffirmation agreement for my car, can no longer access my account and have to pay by phone (which needs to be during their banks business hours) to make a payment or I will lose my car Failed to notify me of my discharge. Communication is absolutely horrible!! I've waited weeks for a responsed on some questions I have and nothing. I've called, email, and texted. It feels like they take you're money and run.
