Do NOT use this firm for your bankruptcy. Derek and his team have horrible communication skills. They make careless mistakes and when it’s brought to their attention, they either don’t respond at all or brush you off and still don’t make a correction. I signed a reaffirmation agreement for my auto loan, it was rejected by the courts because Derek didn’t sign the paperwork (careless mistake 1).
