I recieved a reminder text message for my appointment which was great! BUT when I went to my appointment the door was locked, lights were turned off, and no sign of staff. I rang the door bell, but no one answered. I called multiple times, all of which went to voicemail. There was no sign on the door indicating they were closed, and It was not a holiday.i was waiting there for 45+ minutes unable to get in touch beforeI gave up.
