Indian dealerships have a high degree of excellent customer service. Young’s exceeds Indians already high standards. I showed up unexpected from out of town hoping to get an oil change. Instead of hassle, Quinn said “sure, we’ll take you right away”. Good place all around.
Bought my first Indian through Bonneville. Had a sub par experience with other Indian dealerships. So I went to this dealership with low expectations. Quan was very helpful and low pressure when he showed me their inventory. I was a good experience all around from the beginning to end. Even after buying my Pursuit, Quan has been very responsive with follow up questions about service and any other questions I have. I would definitely make the hike to Bonneville over other Indian dealerships any day.
Quan and the team at Bonneville indian had top-notch customer service and were great to work with when buying my new bike! It was a awsome buying experience!
