Originally quoted $2100+ for an MRI at my local hospital, I discovered Wasatch Imaging in time to save 85% of that out-of-pocket cost. The facility and equipment are new and the staff is friendly and helpful. I even fumbled my appointment time (6:30 am vs pm) and Carina squeezed me in anyway, saving me a lengthy round trip and the associated frustration. My MRI tech Judi was efficient and explained the procedure thoroughly, putting my mind at ease. Next time my doc needs to see my insides, I’ll be back!
I had 2 MRIs done here recently for my spine and brain. I was nervous about having to be there for quite a while but it was an absolute breeze. Betsy, I didn't get the other techs name, were both fantastic especially when it came to doing the contrast part. My veins are awful to find and even though it took quite a while they were amazing and worked hard to get it right. I'll absolutely come back if I ever need more imaging done.
**EDIT** Although I had issues with the imaging center at the beginning, Ashley went above and beyond to help resolve them. She took the initiative to reach out to my surgeon’s office and truly made me feel supported during a very stressful time. While my surgery is still denied at this point, I’m now hopeful it will move forward thanks to her efforts.
