Two stars because my first visit here was decent, but I've been needing a second, and none of my calls were being returned. I had to fight through the automated system every time only to be forced to leave a voicemail, and they wouldn't call back. After finally getting it scheduled like 3 weeks after initially calling them, I got another call the day before my appointment saying they hadn't gotten authorization and we needed to reschedule. The best and most exceptional experience scheduling my MRI was with Sarah B. She was very professional and resourceful when accommodating my schedule and critical deadlines of medical procedures. She listened attentively and with empathy. I hope she's recognized for her contributions to the team at Wasach Imaging. She's an asset! Betsy was the MRI Technologist who took great care of me given my DBS and lower back pain. She made sure I was comfortable and even asked me for the music I wanted to listen during the MRI.
