Totally worthless customer service! Three months ago we tried to sell our home, but found the agent to be quite dishonest. One day later, we directed them to remove the listing, their sign & keybox, and cancel the "exclusive right to sell." Nome of these happened then and still hasn't. The home is not currently for sale, but it is still showing on the Utah MLS, opetated by UtahRealEstate.com. I telephoned them on Feb 5, 2026.
