Not helpful and overpriced. I have been promised services at a certain price only to have it rescinded because there’s “no way to trace that promise”. And am now stuck with a suffering animal because they refuse to hold their word. Thanks for nothing.
Even though there was a wait they were able to take us in to check out my guinea pigs. They were very kind and understanding when I wanted to be in during the exam. The doctors are nice and know how to care for guinea pigs.
I have worked very closely with this clinic over the last 2 years and been behind the scenes often. I have had great experiences with the previous veterinarians (who all quit) except for Dr. Harris. Dr. Harris treats both her staff and her patients with extreme disrespect and is highly motivated by money. Her staff is severely underpaid and overworked.
