According to my calendar, it has been two months of dealing with my misery and the South Ogden clinic. Lisa Byrd and Dr. Major have not gotten things done for me, at Revere Health. I had a tube put in my right ear...and it made things worse. Dr. Major asked me what I would like to do. That seems like something the doctor would direct. Received a phone call to schedule a ENt appointment: I asked if they were an in network provider with my insurance, the office worker said she cannot check this for me during the scheduling. I said that I hadn’t ever encountered a doctors office that was not able to verify if they accept an insurance plan. At the end of the call I wished the person a good day. Never answer their phone, they were running very late, switched my appointment to a doctor out-of-network without any heads-up prior to appointment.

I keep getting spam called ( 3 in a day ) after going . They keep asking for a surgery- I understand calling once but 3 times a day is very excessive.
